fatshot - The article outlined their scam...they literally bought a ton of names of real people from a database, embellished their credentials (banking info, contact info, change of address, etc.) and used that on the entry form... Thousands of names and entries. And the investigation found some of the people that had their names used and they had absolutely no clue what was going on. There were at least four family members involved in the processing of all the entries and doctoring the identifications so it wasn't a one-man show. The other family may also be looking at jail time too.
