Here's the good, the bad, and the ugly
Good: Nice rhythm. One-piece takeaway that's not too far inside (a common problem). Club laid off a bit at the top, which is much better than crossing the line (in my opinion)
Bad: Stance. Too close to the ball, shoulders hunched over, back not straight enough.
Ugly: That move you make right around impact where your right hand essentially overtakes the left, the right arm then extends but the left one chicken-wings.
Fixes: 1) Stand a bit further from the ball.
2) Bend at the hips, keep the back straighter, butt out more....more athletic stance
3) Practice swinging the club with just the left hand on the grip. Try to get the left arm to stretch out toward the target as you rotate around. Face the target completely, or even left of the target at the completion of the swing.
Another thought: try swinging the club with just your right hand on the grip. See if you can go all the way through where the ball would be and still have the right wrist bent back slightly. You are casting the right wrist from bent back to bent forward slightly before impact. That has to change.
Overall, I've seen a lot worse. I think the worst thing is that casting move that you do at impact.
Another thing you could do is try hitting balls on the range borrowing a swing cue from Patrick Reed. Try finishing your swing like he often does, with the club essentially pointing almost straight up to the sky and the body fully turned to the finish. That thought/mental image might make it easier for you to get through the ball without casting and without your left elbow breaking down too soon.
You are a brave man posting your swing here, my friend.
