No wonder if I'm sick, broke and clueless.
I'm a night owl. Not so much anymore with my sleep erratic as a no-name PGA pro taking a lead into the final round at Augusta. Loved being up to around 4am and asleep until 1 or 2 in the afternoon. Cut the morning right out of the equation.
EDIT: I should add... How much sleep do you need to feel right, if there is such a thing for you?
For me, it's more toward 9 or 10 hours to feel just right. 8 was just okay and 7 was disastrous. If it was 6 or less I could manage a lot better than on 7 for some reason.
