63 years old. Knock on wood no serious issues. Take no meds. I walk 18 holes 3 days a week. I've never been very flexible and I find I'm very stiff and achy in my joints especially in the morning.
Don't smoke, but drink a little (mostly weekends). Diet is probably decent without being extreme. I used to have a real good memory, but names don't come to me as fast anymore.
Still have an excellent long term memory though. Get the odd optical migraine headache once in awhile.
I was a 32" waist in high school and a 34" for all of my working life. Once I retired I had a quick stop at 36" and settled in at 38". My father died of a heart attack at 64, mother at 73.
Both grandmothers died of heart attacks at 68 and 69. Maternal grandfather died at 74. Paternal grandfather lived into his early 90's, so I'm hoping for more of his genes.
Like many here don't sleep very soundly at night. All in all can't complain.
