I just sent her a text message. I saw she actually called from her cellphone and not a business line in one of the 7 calls she's made to tech support over the last two weeks.
We'll see if she bothers responding to me now that she knows she's been dialing me in error for over 2 years.
This is what I texted to her:
Good morning, Joanne. I'm hoping Stacy's computer is working, now. You have been dialing my number since February of 2017. I don't work in IT. I'm just a random person who lives in (redacted so Rickochet can't figure out where I live) who happens to have this number that I'm guessing is very similar to your tech support line. Don't be mad at them for never returning your calls. They weren't receiving them. This is a line I don't monitor regularly. I just noticed you've called quite a bit recently. I wish you well and I do hope the right people can get Stacy's computer back up and running. Have a GREAT day, Joanne. God bless.
