Who here likes popcorn?
With my new diet, popcorn is a snack I can have as long as it’s popped correctly.
I can’t have a lot of sodium. I’ve discovered I can pop plain corn in a brown paper bag in the microwave, but there’s nothing to it. I’ve experimented with country crock, hot pepper oil and sugar etc. So far the best popcorn for my diet is low sodium white kernel corn popped in olive oil in a brown paper bag in the microwave. It’s freakin awesome....on a low sodium diet that is.
For those who love popcorn what’s your favorite way to make it?
