Rickochet Hang in there Landon. Keep up with your rehab and things will get much better very soon. BTW how are Roscoe and the new pup doing? Post some pics of the dogs if you get a chance.
I'm doing great Rick. They tell me I'm way above the curve, but the repair isn't to be rushed. I go back the 7th for another followup with my surgeon. They've told me I should be able to lose the brace. Scheduled off through February then re-evaluate.
The pup is hell on wheels. He's funny and a PITA to boot. Roscoe tolerates him at times, but still puts him in his place. That pup torments the shit out of him at times too. My only concern is the stress. Roscoe can be down right ferocious, believe it or not, but that pup is quick! I don't want him to shorten Roscoe's life as Roscoe is 10 and does have a heart murmur. So far, they co-exist with Roscoe being the alpha. Funny thing, I usually take Roscoe with me about every where I go as long as I'm not gonna be out of the truck for too long. He knows, I don't know how, but he can sense when he's not going. When those times do happen, Roscoe goes in and lays down beside the pups pen. When I take the pup out, Roscoe gets excited and goes out as if to watch over things and there's no animosity when they're out there even with the face to face or face to ass sniffing. He seems to realize, he's the boss.
I will. I think we should start a pet thread for pictures, videos, stories and the like. What do you think?
