BOS did a set of Cleveland wedges for me years ago. They were beauties! Pricey, but very attractive. But I also did some blackening on my own. If you can find a sandblaster and knock the finish off, blackening is easy enough if you take the time. Caswellplating.com sells the chemicals. I didn't use their black oxide, I used their stainless blackening. Sandblasted the iron heads, washed them in alcohol, rinsed in water, and dipped in the chemical. A good little bath in the chemical, then just let sit and dry. I did a couple dips trying to get a good consistent finish. Then a little shot of WD-40 to protect the finish, and they were ready. I'm at work, in the next day or 2 when I'm at home, I will try to get a pic posted of the finished heads so you can see the finished product. I was pretty happy with them.
