ZWExton Were there people saying the ball was a miracle in performance? I thought the appeal was it's a really great ball at less then half the price of comparable balls.
Do not understand anyone paying $40+ for a box. At that price it may well be just as good, but was it ever BETTER? Is this a WRX thing?
When it first came out, an independent study was done and results were VERY similar to the ProV1. This study (I forget who did it) hit the web and the frenzy began (on WRX and elsewhere) - people flipping the balls on eBay for big margins, etc. My independent study still says it's a good ball for a good price. You still have to hit the fairway and make some putts to score well. It's just a golf ball.
