Picking up

For beginning players, know when to say enough. If you are struggling on a hole and everyone else has finished and are waiting on you, simply pick up your ball and move on to the next hole. The important thing is to keep the game moving and fun for everyone. If you are on your eighth stroke on a par 4, chances are no one is having fun. Pocket the ball and start over again on the next hole.
