I've been playing since I was a wee kid and got to a reasonable level without managing to break into the single figure handicap area. Wine, women & song may have had something to do with it! Ah... the lost/great years of youth.
Main aim is to get a single figure handicap. I play to a 12-13 hdcp, this means there are good & bad days which I accept as there is no point in getting upset.

There are a couple. Playing with my father from 5/6 years old...and a wonderful x78 around the Old Course, with 2 x3 putts!
